This fun and interactive six week course will cover the basics of how to relax and include top tips you can use at home or at work.  It's ideal for anyone who is just starting out their practice or who wants to refresh their memory of Mindfulness and Meditation.   Each session is an hour long and will include theory and practice of different relaxation techniques.  This event is exclusively for women.
A handout is provided with the workshop.
